Opulent 1990s sequined and beaded gown from Black Tie.
The long sleeved bodice is fitted and absolutely encrusted with sequins and beads in a floral pattern.
The bodice hugs the waist and hips.
The chiffon skirt is very full with lots of movement, the lightness balances out the business on top.
It will come to about the ankles, allowing for some pretty shoes to make their statement.
