Made by Judy Bond it doesn't have any fabric tags but I am certaint that it's cotton. Short sleeves No stretch This blouse had two darts running from the hem up to the bust which have been let out. This was VERY common practice in the olden days as people took very good care of the their clothes and the clothes were frequently designed to allow for changes in age/size/pregancy. No such thing as fast fashion in those days!
