Pretty blue velvet pouch with a silver frame and a velvet handle.
The bag is shaped like a pouch and has a tassel at the bottom.
The frame is silver, possibly sterling ? molded in Art Nouveau style with a steel hinged clasp.
Inside the lining is a watered silk like fabric,
It's outfitted with a small round mirror and a tiny slip case with a snap closure.
It also has a tiny silver key, added by its owner, attached with an old piece of string.

excellent condition, tarnish and a bit of corrosion on the silver frame, clasp works smoothly, clean and damage free inside and out.
