Here is a 100% Cotton Shirt from the 1970s in an white with decorated collar and pocket flaps. It's by Cotton Express. The cotton is sturdy! Not lightweight. Curved hem The studs are gold and the studs are set in gold. The gold has a fair amount of tarnish as you can see in my closeup photos. Super Cute coral blouse from the 50s with tiny white plastic buttons and pretty scalloped stitching at the upper chest. Made by Judy Bond it doesn't have any fabric tags but I am certaint that it's cotton. Short sleeves No stretch This blouse had two darts running from the hem up to the bust which have been let out. This was VERY common practice in the olden days as people took very good care of the their clothes and the clothes were frequently designed to allow for changes in age/size/pregancy. No such thing as fast fashion in those days! Flat measurements: Shoulder to shoulder: 16 Armpit to Armpit: 22 Length: 22.5 Waist: 18 - you could easily modify the fit on this blouse to be a little more form fittings by sewing up the darts mentioned above.
