The dress has hidden buttons all the way down the front.
It has a high collar with attached sash ties.
It comes with a matching sash, wider than the neck ties but not long enough to serve as a belt.

it's marked size 10 but use these measurements to be sure it will fit. It seems like it will fit larger than a modern size 10.
