The knit is drapey and knubby
It's a pullover NOT a cardigan, But it looks like a cardigan because of the decorative oval wood look buttons arranged off center down the front.
The collar can be close with a loop over that top button, but the loop is a little stretched out. Easy fit, I can take a crack at it for you if you wish.
