Simple suede belt in deep red. Not pinkish or burgundyish just a dark red. Claret color.
It's got two sets of velcro to you can wear in a couple of ways, including sort of twisted as shown.
It was made in a leather shop in Gloversville NY which used to be wear almost all womens gloves were made and which had a long tradition of leather working, including all kinds of accessories.

The belt measures 43.5 end to end and fits a maximum of 33 waist.
New, vintage but never used.
