This is a gorgeous piece of textile.
Formed into a simple short poncho.
black and white
it's got a cotton base and is embroidered with black wool.
the design is mythical looking birds in bands alternating with a geometric pattern.

Excellent vintage condition with some rust small diffuse rust spots throughout.
width of neck opening: 15,
length from neck opening to hem at the center: 14.5 not including the fringe, which is 2.5.

Very wearable because it's short. Looks amazing on and you can move and work and mingle without your arms behind restricted.
