The beaded layer is silk and it's fully lined in rayon. This dress would be so perfect for a Great Gatsby themed formal event. It's in perfect condition but the fit must be given some careful consideration. I tried it on, I am size 8-10, 136lbs, 5'5, 38-30-41 It was too long in the bodice for me. a little too big in the cup area Also too tight in the hips and seat. but too big in the waist. The open back has a straight across top edge, it's a little gathered but doesnt really hug the body.
